We have a special holiday edition of Kelly's Stupid Criminals this week. We start in Arizona, where a guy tried to break into a house by sliding down the chimney. He got stuck and firefighters had to rescue him. He was arrested for trespassing, drugs and an outstanding warrant.
In California, a guy was at a holiday parade where they had a guy drawing caricatures of people. He had the guy draw him and as soon as he finished, the guy grabbed the artist's bag and took off with about $500 in cash. But, he left the caricature behind, so instead of a composite sketch, police are using the one the victim drew.
A guy in Ohio was out drinking last weekend and he got so drunk that he blacked out. He woke up the next morning with two black eyes, a broken nose in a random person's living room with police standing over him.
Turns out someone beat him up, but he doesn't remember who. Then he got dropped off at the wrong house, but he went inside and fell asleep on the couch. The people who live there woke up in the morning, found him in their house and called 911.
Finally, in England, police spotted a guy driving late at night without a front tire and he didn't even realize it. He was also missing his license and insurance and missed two previous court appearances.
And yes, he was drunk.
He was arrested on several charges and is looking at 6 months in prison.
