Governor Cuomo held a press briefing on Wednesday where he quickly became agitated with veteran reporter Jimmy Vielkind. Vielkind asked the Governor about school's closing in New York City, claiming that parent's are confused. Cuomo barked back about the "obnoxious" and "offensive" tone that Vielkind apparently had.
Cuomo stated that based on the law, school's are open. However, news came at De Blasio's press briefing hours later that NYC schools are indeed going virtual, effective today.
