Saratoga City police have released the street surveillance footage of the incident that occurred at 3am on Sunday in the city.
Saratoga officers open fire on an off-duty Vermont sheriff’s deputy who appears to be having an altercation with a group of people from Utica.
Police also released the body camera footage. Viewer discretion is advised.
