A judge has ruled that former President Donald Trump and his two children, Donald Junior and Ivanka, must sit for a deposition from the New York Attorney General's Office.
Attorney General Letitia James issued subpoenas last December, claiming that the Trump Organization misled banks and insurance companies in pursuit of loans and favorable interest rates. James is pursuing bank fraud charges while the Trumps are accusing her of orchestrating a "witch hunt" in a bid to further her political career. James said the family was trying to avoid explaining under oath why so many of their golf courses and buildings have wildly different values.
